monifa, good grief-a!

I saw this story on the news today and it was CRAZY because just this past weekend Kevin and I were talking about pygmy animals! This is Monifa, a rare pygmy hippo found in Australia and she might just be the cutest creature I've ever seen!

Someone mentioned that she looks like a hairless shar pei puppy, but I prefer to think of her as a tiny land manatee with legs. Even the term "land manatee" made me giggle at work just now. It's Friday and the day is almost over and I can't concentrate at work because all I can think about are Monifa hugs!
